This package includes: 6 Support Hours with carry-over. For example, if you only use 2 hours of support in a month 4 hours get carried over to the next month and so on.

What's included? Everything, any technical support issue, web update, technical training, virus removal, spyware removal, network upgrades/enhancements, and/or technical service that you ask for.

What's not included? Nothing... you ask and we'll deliver.

This package is $275/month and extra support hours are billed at $75/hour.
